We have so many exciting ways for our customers get their hands on all their favorite products. Customers have the option of Click & Collect which allows customers to shop & pay online and then collect the stock from their nearest participating Liquor City Store once you have received your “Ready for Collection Email. The next option is to schedule your delivery to a time that’s convenient to you and lastly, we offer a 90-minute delivery time from when your order is placed.
On the shop screen in the mobile app or website, select your profile in the top right-hand corner, select orders, select track my order to view the driver. Additionally, you will also receive an email or SMS containing a link you can use to track the driver.

Our delivery times open at 9am and close at 5:30pm to ensure we delivered within our regulated trading times. For Click and Collect orders you can find the individual stores trading times here under the store finder link: Store Finder
We are rolling out new stores for delivery every week, you can check if your nearest store delivers here: More Info. Alternatively put your address into our location finder and see if there are stores in your area delivering.
Our delivery is currently R45 within the first 5km, an additional charge of _____ will be added for additional kilometers.
On the home screen of the shop there is an address bar at the top. Search your address and select it from the options or alternatively use the “Locate Me” to find your current location.
Our delivery team ensures that you receive your order in less than 90 minutes. You can contact the team directly on (+27)67 183 3577 to enquire about the status of your order and they will ensure that your delivery finds its way to your address.
You are entitled to cancel your order prior to the point at which you receive a notification that it is being shipped for delivery. Should you wish to return the product thereafter, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy.
We unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email. You will have cancel the order and replace the order for the correct address to ensure delivery is available at you new selected address.
No, you will not have to sign for your order, however a photo will be taken as proof of delivery. once the driver arrives at your address, they have a in-app feature to capture and send through to the delivery support team a photo of your order before marking the delivery complete.
We currently accept Mastercard and Visa Cheque, savings and credit cards.
Your account will be charged upon checkout. When the driver marks the delivery as successful, we pull the funds from the account. In the event of a non-successful delivery, the funds will be reversed into your account.
Our liquor stores operating times are in line with current lockdown restrictions or normal trading times. You may place an order for on-demand delivery during these times, if you order outside of these times, you will need to select the next available delivery slot.
